16. Automated Access, Crawling and Scraping
Automated access is not automatically prohibited.

You must not:
- falsely claim to represent Knelstrom Ltd;

Reports should provide enough information for Knelstrom to identify and assess the material concerned.
Reports may be made through the contact or reporting facilities provided on knelstrom.com.
Knowingly submitting false reports for the purpose of harassing another person or improperly suppressing lawful content may itself breach this Policy.
MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
20. Action We May Take
Where Knelstrom reasonably believes that this Policy has been breached, we may take proportionate action.

- temporarily suspending an account;
- permanently terminating an account;
- blocking malicious traffic;

- referring suspected unlawful conduct to an appropriate authority; or
- taking legal action where appropriate.
When deciding what action is appropriate, we may consider:
- the seriousness of the conduct;
- whether harm has occurred or is likely;
- whether the conduct appears deliberate;
- whether it is repeated;
- previous breaches;
- the effect on other users;
- security considerations; and
- applicable legal obligations.
21. Removal of Content
Knelstrom may remove or restrict content where we reasonably believe that:
- it is unlawful;
- removal is required by law;
- it infringes another person’s rights;
- it breaches this Policy or another applicable agreement;
- it presents a material security risk; or
- continued publication would expose Knelstrom or its users to a material legal or safety risk.
The existence of this provision does not impose an obligation on Knelstrom to publish, retain or continually monitor every item of user-submitted content.
22. Complaints About Moderation
Where appropriate, users may contact Knelstrom if they believe content or an account has been restricted or removed incorrectly.
A complaint should identify:
- the relevant content or account;
- the decision being challenged;
- why the user believes the decision was incorrect; and
- any relevant supporting information.
Knelstrom will consider complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory right or external remedy available to a user.
