The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is utilizing a secure online chat room to inform Mexico of the location of illegals who should cross the border in order to evade the presence of Texas National Guard and Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers.
DHS is utilizing border detection technology to monitor the activity of Texas law enforcement in order to notify Mexico of the illegals’ intended crossing points.
