The Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Forces in Artsakh (GRF), Colonel General A Lentsov, met with the representatives of the Republic of Azerbaijan this week in Baku to discuss the current situation in the region.
Unfortunately, the meeting could not agree on the resumption of the terms agreed upon in the Tripartite Statement of 9 November 2020.
A further meeting is scheduled, and the outcome will be announced in the coming days, according to State Secretary Gurgen Nersisyan.
